Foodzie is an artisan food seller’s version of Etsy. The Local Harvest marketplace has been around for a long time and, consensus is, does it better. Farmers and hobbyists sell everything from Hot Pickled Eggs to Turbo Poo to Honey and Bee Products.

Behemoth online marketplaces like Amazon and Ebay are a lifeline for “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure” home-based businesses. From books and records to clothing and toys, people are supplementing, and sometimes making, a living by selling online.
